Course Duration and Curriculum
Our program runs once a week, for 8 weeks, 3 hours per session.
The Professional Medical Coding Curriculum (“PMCC”) contains twenty-one chapters of information, a list of which can be found below:

The overall goal of this program is to prepare students for the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) National Exam. This specific program is accelerated and requires time outside of class for review.
Our program will register you for the AAPC National Exam and prepare you to the fullest extent to make sure you get certified.
Outside of class, responsibilities include weekly assignments and chapters that will be discussed during the next class session. Questions are encouraged.
After completing our 8-week program, you can sit for the National Exam. Registration for the National Exam is handled through the AAPC website directly three weeks prior to the selected date. All our students are able to register with a discounted fee of only $300.00.
